Dispute Resolution POLICY
A. GENERAL STATEMENT
1.BCI undertakes, in its data management policies and practices, to observe the spirit of data protection laws, and is committed to full implementation and compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
2. BCI may from time to time update this Data Protection Policy to ensure that it is consistent with our growth, industry trends, and / or changes in the law.
B. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
BCI generally collects personal data through the BCls websites, application forms, surveys, and / or other channels, including but not limited to:
a.Personal information such as name, NRIC / FIN / Passport number, date of birth, marital status, gender;
b. Contact information such as postal addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers;
c. Past and present employment information such as company name, company type, sector, designation, business telephone and fax numbers;
d Past and present academic qualifications such as schools attended, courses of study, period of study and academic results;
e. Billing information, including name of the credit debit cardholdler, credit debit card number, security code and expiry date;
f. Bank details

Fee Protection Scheme
The College allows Students to transfer from course A to another course B within the College with payment of the Course Transfer Fee.
Should a student transfer from course A to another course B, this will be treated as a withdrawal from the original course A. Therefore, the withdrawal policy applies. Students wil be transferred to course B subject to ICA approval for a Student Pass.Upon approval, the College will cancel the current Student Pass for course A. The College will give the Student a discount in the course B, the discount amount being not more than the unconsumed fee of course A.
Should a student transfer from course A to another course B, then withdraw from course B during the 10 calendrer days cooling off period for B, the refund policy applies to both courses. For example: if a student transfers course from A to course B 30 days after course commencement, according to the refund policy applied to course A, there is a 0% refund, so the unconsumed fee for course B that was applied as a discount to the course fee for B is non-refundable. For the "top-up" portion of the fee for course B, the Student Is entitled to the "Maximum Refund" amount stipulated by the college under its refund policy.
A transfer to another Private College is regarded as a withdrawal from the College and the withdrawal policy will apply.
For Students who withdraw because they are successful in their application to higher educational institutions funded by the Singapore Government (the polytechnics or universities) and who can show an acceptance letter, the college may consider giving token of goodwill to student for the amount no more than the unconsumed fee.
For Students who withdraw because they are successful in their admission to schools funded by the Singapore Government (government Primary or Secondary Schools) and who can show an acceptance letter, the college may considler giving Studlent a token of goodwill in the form of tuition, the total tuition fees should not be more than the unconsumed fee.
